The Gulf Coast Benefits Planning Services (GCBPS) was established by the Houston Center for Independent Living to assist Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) beneficiaries in the 13 Texas Gulf Coast counties who want to work.
