If you need assistance with Food Stamps, the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), Temporary Aid for Needy Families (TANF), the Women's Health Program (WHP), or any other services provided by Medicaid. FBCIL's staff will provide assistance in completing applications and answers to your questions.
